Product Appreciation Period
According to Taiwan's Consumer Protection Law, the 7-day appreciation period does not apply to certain products, including perishable food, customized items, and opened personal hygiene products that adhere to the "Applicable Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Communications Transactions".
If you need to return the goods, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the goods, and provide "name", "order number", "contact number", "return product name", "return reason and photo". Customer service staff will assist you with returns and exchanges shortly.

Return Instructions
Return products must be unused and free from any damage or malfunctions not caused by human error. The 7-day appreciation period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is intended solely for you to evaluate and determine whether the product meets your needs; it is not a trial period for the product.
Please retain the complete original packaging, including the outer carton; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances :
- Appreciation period has exceeded 7 days
- The product has been opened and used, or it has been damaged due to human factors.
- The packaging of the returned goods is damaged and incomplete, and the invoice and accessories are missing.
- Malicious or mass returns.
Return Process
Contact customer service → Confirmation of Return Availability → Prepare complete products and invoices → Provide collection time, contact information, and address → Handed over to logistics for recycling
Refund Instructions
Credit card payment: After the return is confirmed as successful, the refund will be refunded directly to the credit card account used for the original payment.
bank transfer: After the return is confirmed as successful, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
* The refund amount only includes the actual payment made for the current order. Bank transfer fees and other non-order-related payment amounts are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange Process
When you and the store mutually agree to exchange the product, please return the original order and place a new order with the store.
