How do I return my order ?

Your transactions are protected by the Taiwan Consumer Protection Law. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of the contract, or 7 days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to return a package, please contact our customer service team. Products must remain unopened and in their original condition. Additionally, the heat-sealing film must not be damaged.

When will I receive my refund ?

We only provide refunds to the original payment method used to place the order.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date we receive your order back at our warehouse.

Please note that the refund time will depend on the processing progress of your original payment method. For further details, please contact your card-issuing bank or payment provider.

I returned an item that is not from Science in Sport. What should I do ?

Any accidental or incorrect return of merchandise not purchased from Science in Sport will be the sole responsibility of the sender or buyer. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes.
