How can I earn membership shopping credits?

You can earn membership shopping credits with every purchase you make on our website.


What are the restrictions on using shopping credits?

Shopping credits can be applied to purchases of 1,000 TWD or more, with no maximum limit.


How can I check my membership shopping credit balance?

You can log in to your account to view and manage your shopping credits. Credits can accumulate and be used at any time within 365 days. Shopping credits expire 365 days from the date they are earned. 

For example, if you receive 100 TWD in shopping credits on September 1, 2024, those credits will expire on September 1, 2025.


I have completed a purchase, but my shopping credits are not appearing in my account.

Usually, shopping credits are added to your account after the order is completed. If they do not appear immediately, please wait up to three business days. 

If they still do not show up, please contact our customer service team, and they will be happy to assist you.


How do I use membership shopping credits for purchases?

Once you begin accumulating shopping credits, they will automatically appear in your account. You will have the option to use these shopping credits during the checkout process.


How can I opt out of membership?

We are sorry to learn that you wish to leave. If you decide to opt out, you can delete your membership account through our online customer service portal or by emailing our customer service team at support@scienceinsport.tw.


What happens if I return an item purchased with shopping credits?

When you return an item purchased with shopping credits, the credits used for the order will be refunded to you as shopping credits. This refund will be credited directly to the original purchase account. Membership shopping credits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
